Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been inspected and approved.
